How to configure your computer in Windows XP
This guide will step you through how to configure a Dial-up connection for 0014 in Windows XP
- Close any programs you have open.
- Click the Start button.

- Next click Settings then Control Panel.
- The Control Panel dialog box will appear.

- Double click Network Connections.
NOTE: If your control panel does not look like the one shown above,
click Switch to Classic View located on the left hand side as shown below.

- The Network Connections dialog box will appear.

- Click Create a new connection.
- The Connection wizard will begin.

- Click Next to continue.
- The Network Connection Type dialog box will appear.

- Select Connect to the Internet, then click Next.

- Select Set up my connection manually, then click Next.
- The Internet Connection Type dialog box will appear.

- Select Connect using a dial-up modem, then click Next.
- The Internet Connection Name dialog box will appear.

- In the ISP name field, type in 0014 Internet, then click Next.
- The Internet Connection Phone Number dialog box will appear.

- In the Phone number field enter 0198380000.
- The Internet Account Information dialog box will appear.

- In the Username and Password field, enter the details provided to you by 0014,
these settings are specific to your account, click Next to continue,
leaving all tick boxes ticked as shown above.
- The Internet Connection Wizard completion dialog box will appear.

- Select Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop,
then click Finish.
- The Connect 0014 Internet dialog box will appear.

- Click Dial to connect straight away, otherwise click Cancel.
- Configuration of your dialup connection is now complete.
NOTE: The username must include @0014.com.au when logging onto the Internet.
