0014 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TELEPHONY SERVICES
- 0014 calls are international calls made using the code 0014 (instead of 0011).
- Calls can be made from most fixed line telephones in Australia to selected countries. Calls from mobiles and calls to premium rate and special numbers are excluded.
- The stated rate per minute charge applies to calls to fixed line services (and to mobiles registered in Canada, Papua New Guinea and USA only). Calls to other mobiles are charged at the specified rate plus a surcharge of 30 cents per minute.
- Charges are billed to the registered subscriber of the telephone from which the call is made. Payment due within 30 days of invoice. An administration charge not exceeding $15.00 may be imposed for bills not paid when they are due.
- There is a fixed flag fall charge for each call, plus a usage charge (charged in 6 second increments; quoted on a per minute basis) for each destination country.
- At any time, 0014 may suspend or discontinue this service, completely or to specified users, destinations or numbers and may change any of the terms and conditions or rates.
